Its open source, located at http://inkulator.sourceforge.net
The program takes a OBJ mesh file and produces a black-and-white render in the style of a graphic-novel (aka comic-book). Its not just another toon shader, but uses a perceptual method of inking the render, so it will look very different from the cartoon render in POSER.
Output is in illustrator (AI) format. I've attached a sample that was converted from AI to gif using Mayura (www.mayura.com). The figure is DAZ3D Vicky2 (low res) and the costume is by the Baron.
Any suggestions/ideas/criticism appreciated!!! TIA
