heyas; they have a big expensive mapping proggie ;) but you can do something farily simple like a skateboard just fine. try selecting by group (if the different peices are different groups) or material. you can give the board part a box map, for example, to get all six sides laid out. then give the wheels each a cylindrical cap, which will unroll the edge and show the front/back flat. if uvmapper is locking up on you, you have a problem, obviously. try running it with nothing else running, or reinstalling it. if it still locks up consitently for you, better contact steve cox about it.

The skateboard from Zygote (texture template pictured above) was done by Robert E. Whisenant who uses UVMapper to do his mapping =) You can see the entire template here: http://store.zygote.com/PoserTemplates/access/skateboardT.jpg I'm really interested in seeing any model that causes a problem with UVMapper. Could you send it to me at stevecox@optonline.net What did you use to convert the .3ds file to .obj? Also, do you have the latest version of UVMapper? You can get it here: http://www.uvmapper.com Thanks.

Well I guess I'm just a dumba$$, Steve. I have the latest version of your great prog. Maybe my converter is bad? Can you help me out on how to do what you did? A tutorial perhaps? Thanks in advance, Jason (Voodoo)
