Ive asked this before, without luck. Maybe this time Ill be lucky. I save a walk pose in the library. When I load it onto a figure, the figures feet float above ground. I methodically click Ctr/D for ground level at each frame. But on playback the figure walks steadily into the ground, its knees buckling, like a clown act. Whats the solution?

IK maybe? Try turning off IK. You might also translate the figure BODY as well, rather than using Ctr/D. Poses use the figures hips rather than BODY. If you translate the body at frame number one you should be in good shape. Rance

It's not IK. And usually the first frame is OK: it's the frames added by the walk libary that are sunken or in the air. Phil C has now shown me how to adjust any number of (hip y tran) frames en bloc, without losing the ups and downs of walking -- and all with one action. Thanks for your input.
