My "real" intrenet provider is going to charge me a ton of money for the downloads this file is getting, I had to move it on the dreaded Homestead. Homestead actually can be downloaded from, you may just have to try it a couple of times, I've tested it a bunch of time myself, you do get the file most of the time, don't dispair, keep trying!
