ODF's database had an aberrant corruption and decided to eat itself. Although records of previous purchases were retained, the database itself -- containing all sign in and other information -- was badly damaged and erased. ODF did not retain personal financial information, and there was no leak of data. However... (sigh) We have completely rebuilt the website, ensuring that the db does not suffer from this issue again, and we have added additional features that we think folks will find useful. Please accept my personal apologies for the inconveniences caused by this occurrence.

Please accept my personal apologies for the inconveniences caused by this occurrence. Only if you accept my deepest sympathies for the troubles you've had. ;) Thanks for the update, and for all the hard work you guys have done with P5. Btw, I owe most of my recent advances with P5 hair to you, personally, so please, if you need anything at all, don't hesitate to ask.

Consider me insane if you wish, but is your reality any better?

My purchase at Odd Ditty Foundry just went "Poof" as well. All I have to show for it is a receipt from Pay Pal that my credit card was billed for an item which I have not received. No download link, no purchase history on my profile page, nothing.

Please forward the reciept to me via the email addy given in IM to you so I can correct that immediately.
