Hi all, I'll bet you all thought I'd disappeared. Not quite, just working a lot. I had a break for a few weeks so I stopped in to see what was going on. My question is this, has anyone noticed any strange things happening with Vue after they installed Service Pack 2 for Windows XP? All of my file open dialog boxes don't remember where the files are anymore. For instance when I click the new button to select an atmosphere all of the little windows are blank. When I drill down through the files to find them it works but after I close the application the information is lost when I re-open Vue. Vue still works fine other than that. It's more of a headache that anything else.

Hi grunthor; there's a thread a few pages back on this very subject...I don't have the link, but if you look, you should fine it. Quite a few folks are having "challenges" with XP SP2.

I don't seem to be having any problems with any apps under XP Pro/SP2, but it could be because I reformatted everything and only started installing programs after SP2 was installed.

I think you're on to something there. I wrote to e-on and got the following response: Hi James, It seems you have lost your collections. Try copying your original Vue4.env file (located on your application CD, Environment folder) into your Vue 4 Pro Environment folder. Best regards. John Canver Once again e-on comes through with a fix. I copied the file over and it works fine. Looks like SP2 is corrupting some files when it installs.
