Subject: Button Vanished

Wow..I was surprised to see after I downloaded one of my purchased products, the button vanished. I had a rough week after moving, then reinstalling windows XP 3times and now this. Giving a heads up on my account.

Thanks. Umm..who do a email to about a problem with a product. I emailed the merchant here at Renderosity, and I am still waiting for a response.

You're welcome :) Also try sending the merchant an instant message, that way you'll know when they receive it. Give them 48-72 hours to respond. If you still don't hear from them, contact store@renderosity.com Deb
