Hey all! Been gone for a bit over a year as some of you have heard what has happend... But soon I will be back to post. I see alot of changes I guess I need to catch up with... LOTS OF T&A too! and now it seems like "TOUCHING" Ahem! is allowed didnt some people get banned for that??? and alot of these nudes do not contain the "NUDITY" sign neighter?!?!?!? watsz up with that? not complaing just need to catch up... see you all soon. No idea why you disappeared but it's nice to see you Serge. :~) We still have the same rules but some people never bother to read the TOS... All I can say is the image got uploaded while we were sleeping shrug... And it was removed as soon as I saw it.

Nice to see you back. I live in timezone GMT-6, and Michelle is in GMT-5, so we are usually sleeping together... er.. AT THE SAME TIME. But in different places. Really. Much different places. If you notice any TOS issues, please IM one of us.

Sorry Serge I deleted your last post.... we ask that people IM us about images if they think they are TOS violations not post them in the public forums. AFWIW....we are well aware of the image you pointed out... (maybe it's even under review?) and I'll leave it that.

And as a clarification the TOS were recently updated.... I do believe touching breasts as in covering with the hands was never against the TOS, so lets get our facts straight please. :~) Manipulation of the nipples however is a TOS..... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Posting Unacceptable Images or Writing Themes: No Rape [actual or implied] No Torture [defined as: the infliction of intense pain (as from burning, crushing, wounding, crucifixion) to punish, coerce, or afford sadistic pleasure] No Sexual acts [no depictions of sexual intercourse - between humanoids/non-humanoids/animals - no masturbation] No Physical arousal [This includes but is not exclusive to: no images of an erect penis/ no images showing the inner portion of the vulva or vaginal area] No Explicit sexual content [No manipulation of breasts/nipples/ no sexual situations/ no implied sexual acts/ no extreme or explicit S&M bondage situations/ no lewd or obscene sexual references] No Genital contact with ANY object, other than sitting or clothing. No depictions of young humanoid characters/children giving the appearance of being under the age of 18 where genitals are displayed and/or in erotic, seductive, provocative poses or context. Since age is difficult to identify with 3D images, this will be at the discretion of the Renderosity team. No character attacks, which could be interpreted as defamation of character, slander, and libelous. In addition: A signed model release with Photo-ID must be provided upon request if posting images with photographic nudes.
