Last night i purchased 4 items from the marketplace, and got a message saying the transaction failed, but i checked my bank account and it went through, can you please make these items availabe for me to download? Thanks Cassie

I was reading MissTara's situation and mine is the same, it said it could not verify my address and zipcode but i am certain it is correct, I have used this same card many times on here to purchase items, and my billing address has not changed in over five years, could this be a system problem on your end? Cassie

This seems to be a problem that needs to be rectified. I lost a $500 client this weekend, one that had more work afterwards (and I need the work VERY badly right now), because my purchase was declined by your software and I didn't have enough money on my card to attempt to purchase it again because the purchase WAS authorized on my bank's end and I no longer had the money available to try again. I was frankly expecting more than a "try again" for something that wasn't my fault, and since the charge is still pending I am also losing the 10% off coupon that expires tonight while waiting several days for this purchase to drop off. Needless to say, I'm quite disappointed. :(
