Hi there i am looking for a Picture toon shader, A kind of vectorisation of a human picture. lets say i wwant to make my face like a cartoon character. is there photoshop pluggins ? or a software on its own. To buy or trade. or just a Tutorial. Thanx Weird..

lot of ways to do this. If you're on mac, Studio Artist is great. buzz pro is also good. xara has a nice vectorizer. To start with, though, you can get a lot of these fx inside Photoshop, just by learning how to posterize.

both xara and buzz pro work on PC -- its only Studio Artist that's Mac-only; both have free demos

Macromedia Flash does that pretty well. Just import and image into it and choose Modify > Trace Bitmap and play with the setting.
