Many of the community members are not very proficient in English, and have problems understanding the TOS. More than once I have IMed an artist that had uploaded an image that could be considered a violation, which they wouldn't have done if they had understood.
I think a translation of the TOS into French, German, Spanish, Italian and Japanese would help prevent uploads of unintentional TOS violations. Can this be implemented in the next site overhaul?
