Sometimes people post that they're suffering from the equivalent of Writer's Block, and can't come up with an idea for a picture. I don't use Bryce for pictures myself, but had an idea yesterday that I thought MAYBE might be a starting-point for someone who'd hit a dry spot. I was pumping out liquid soap from a cheap plastic dispenser in my bathroom, and thinking how something that seems so humble and cheap is, reality, very high-tech. I had a mental flash of some primitive humans or aliens in a cave somewhere, engaged in a magical ceremony, surrounded by local artifacts, but with scavenged things like the soap dispenser in pride of place, being used for dispensing something gruesome like blood or sumpn. Things that are regarded as cheap throwaway items in this culture would be considered pretty fantastic in a more primitive society. As I said, just a random thought............... tee hee - I've just reminded myself of a photo I saw in National Geographic - a man from some remote nomadic tribe with a headdress on. Pride of place on the headdress was a tooled Morrocan leather sandal.
