So I contact Caleb and say, Look, I cant access the original transaction record, but here's what it's doing, and yes I know I purchased it about six months ago, but please help me out here. This absolutel sweetheart of a merchant sent me a whole new cr2 for the package, and it worked like a charm. I just wanted to point out that he really went the distance for a relatively small purchase, and I really, really appreciate it.
