More than likely these are psd files with the template in a layer. Poser supports multi layered psd files. What is need is to open the psd file in photoshop, remove the template layer then save as a jpg or gif. Do not save over the original psd or you'll lose the template. Hope that helps.

Also, on the lashes and the upper eyebrows, don't forget to set the transparency to 100% as these are transmapped features. There's a transmap for those that you need to load in the transparency section of the materials menu. Melanie
