For your old film and film grain look, try the Photoshop plugin called "virtualPhotographer" (link). It is an outstanding plugin and free. No you are not stuck with the default sketch styles. First off,you can play with all the sliders, and options to come up with something that looks good to you...then save those as a preset. You can also find presets offered for free if you look around,(like "Don" has two sets here in freestuff). Also Daz has several sets for sale on their site. Sketch presets: Also try and hunt down ironbear's presets. Daz has some presets for various formats available for sale. Lenses: Utilizing the lens paramters themselves will get you a fair variety of differet types, but don't discount the material room's usefulness: you can smart prop an actual lens literally modelled exactly the way you want to any camera and set the appropriate properties for it in the material room through raytracing functions (refraction and reflection).

I've tried extreme wide-angle settings, and they don't seem to give the fish-eye effect. I'm not sure about even trying to make a lens within Poser and raytracing, but a mirrored sphere should get close to a fish-eye effect.
