Okay, so this utility was designed for converting PC "The Sims" files into Macintosh .far files (which means you'll download it with Dave Baum's FarMaker utility, contained in the same package). It's a freeware utility used for unzipping programs for the Mac, what more can you ask for--well, here's something else... What is particularly unique about this program is the way that it handles PC filenames over 31 characters--it truncs them and saves the original file name in the comments section. While this is not a feature that will be exploited by most Mac users, I can think of a few PoserMacFanatics that may find this particular aspect of the program pretty useful.
