Does anyone know who made this harley davidson motorbike? The colours might be different from the original one.

all ya gotz ta do iz axe :-) It was converted from a 3d Cafe model by DaveD (aka DAD aka RevWhacker) & according to my timestamp I dowloaded & installed it on August 29th 1999 & then used it in a render for an HOG charity "teddy bear ride" in May 2000.

I converted it and was going to make it available free, but if someone else has already done it, I wont bother. I don`t have a website so making things available free for me is a bit tricky.

Is the DaveD version still available? If it is, where is it?

the only address I have for him is 404'd... http://members.aol.com/revwhacker/index.html and before you distribute your conversion make sure you check with 3D Cafe 1st.

Yes, that was why I wanted to know who made it, to check if it could be redistributed.

Looking for a great bike? Try the one at the link provided (under 'Freestuff'). It's the one I used in this image..... http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=594838 -NOTE- I am not in any way affiliated with 'Virtual Riders'. Just stumbled across the thread and couldn't resist... :)

The conversion I did has the steering and the wheels turn.

I sent an e-mail to 3d cafe so the bike will be free if they allow it. The finished version has all the textures too.
