Hi, I decided to upgrade from Vue4 to 5 and when I added the product to the cart and went to check out Italy is not listed as a country. This is strange, because when I registered my account the form accepted Italy as a country. Did anyone have a similar problem? I'm writing to costumer service too, but since it is the week end I tought i was worth trying to ask here too... Thank you

I had exactly the same problem when I upgraded, I live in Great Britain and the on-screen form insisted I lived in Germany and didn't list Great Britain as a country! I can't remember exactly how I solved it, but keep pressing the "back" button on your browser until you get the option to enter your region again ie, Europe, America etc. Re-enter Europe and go back in, you should now see your country listed on the order form. I have to agree though, it's an absolute pain! Glad you've written to customer service...I did too but got a reply saying they couldn't duplicate the error.

I logged out and and added the product to cart, then provided my data and the system recognized my e-mail address and asked to log in. From there all apparently worked fine. Waiting for my order to be verified...
