I'm kind of curious if anybody out there got the book called "Real World Bryce 4"? It really is an excellent manual. The only problem is,that the book's companion website http://www.auntialias.com/rwb4.......is either a dead website or a joke!

I think the poor woman is out-Bryced. Give her some time. She'll post some stuff. And, yes, the book is excellent.

........oh and by the way,in case anybody cares,I just sent Susan an e-mail.....here's the copy: Dear Susan, Just got a copy of "Real World Bryce 4" and after reading it,I would have to agree with many others, that this is the way a computer manual should be written. Since Bryce and Poser 4 is the perfect marriage,my obvious question is: Will at any time in the near future be a work called "Real World Poser 4"?

I've also heard on another Bryce site that the missing files from the accompanying CD will be made available on a web site soon. Whether it's Susan's is not clear, but that would be my guess. I just wanted to offer that information to stay ahead of an obvious question that I'm sure will be asked. :) Boni

Does this edition cover 4.1 - or does it stop at 4.0.1? If it stops at 4.0.1, what plans are there for a revised edition?Boni posted Wed, 24 January 2001 at 4:36 PM
Okay, I have the book, and it's the best reference book on the market. hand down. Any changes or "up-dates" to information will be posted on a web-page, who's url is on the accompanying disk. The missing files will also be up there soon. It's fantastic. It'll take me months to work through it, but it will be worth every minute!!! Boni

I just re-read the first post. The http://www.auntialias.com/rwb4/ is not a "dead" site, but it isn't updated yet because Susan is taking a hiates right now. She will work on the site soon. She also comes to the Brycetalk site (Corel's version of course) periodically so you can ask her questions there. Just to give you all an update. Sorry to goosh, but it's such a good book. I don't want anyone to get discouraged from buying it. it's so worth it. Even for the things that aren't there, they will be on the web site. :) Boni
