Hello Good People, People have been e-mailing me asking how to import the Skylab textures to skylab i added to free stuff. I guess i didnt give good enough notes on how to the first time hehe I hope this helps: Open Skylab, Click cloud cover, CLick edit under Stratus or Cumulus, Now you will see 4 boxes, look for the one called "combination", There are two buttons on the right side of the box, Click the top one, a menu will open. Down at the bottom of the menu you will see "Import" Click on import and pick the skylab textures you downloaded. Thats it :) I cant update the notes on my skylab textures in freestuff, it only allows 255 letters :) Takecare All!! Peace X

I've gotten myself into an awful tangle importing things in that way in the past :^( I've finished up with one icon showing up, that you have to keep clicking on to cycle through the options (sounds confusing, but anyone who's had it happen to them will know what I'm talking about!). Now I follow the instructions that AS gave some time ago - add a new folder in the material preset section, name it skylab presets, and drag the downloaded preset into it from the desktop. I've just done that, and the textures are GREAT!!!!!! I'm delighted that you posted this thread, xc, otherwise I'd never have known what SkyLab textures were, or how to use them. DUH! You learn something new every day on this forum :^)) wooohooo

To tell the truth, Its not for sunsets, i name the textures as they look to me, The texture i called sunset was just because it looked like a sunset, but it dont look like a sunset once you apply it. Plus, i always have to come up with names so sometimes i just grab a name :) But im sure you could use it to make a sunset aside another texture :) Peace
