No matter what I do with this product, all I get is a grey blob! Anyone know how to get a decent render with this product? I've tried using the supplied light set and the MAT files. Tried using Firefly & Poser 4 render engines. Sure glad I used my free DAZ $10 voucher to buy this thing!

This is what it's supposed to look like.....

It looks untextured : no texture, no transparency. Did the MAT poses apply well (there is a set for Poser4 and one for Poser 5) ? What are the firefly settings you used ?

'Fraid this one's not P5 friendly. First, though, it loads up untextured. What you'll need to do is: 1) Select a chunk of the HHI. Any chunk will do, you just need to make sure Poser knows this is what you're working with. Poser is confused easily. 2) Go to the MAT poses and apply the "H 1 Texture ON" pose. That got the textures on for me. If Poser just stares at you blankly, you may need to close the program and open it again and see if that splashes some cold water on it's face. 3) Ha, though you were done, huh? Next you'll need to go to the material room and hook all the bump maps to the bump channel, adjust the bump strength, plug the image into the ambient node and give some ambient value (you'll have to play to get it to look good), and generally join the universal chant of cursing DAZ for not supporting the latest version of the software they sell content for. You might want to use MAT Pose Edit's conversion utility to make the MATs P5 friendly and decrease your chanting time a bit. 4) When you get it looking the way you want, be smarter than I usually am and save it to your library like that, so you don't have to go through this again.

Sorry It's taken me a while to get back to this. Had a PC die on me & getting it working again has been eating my time. Thank you both for replying & I'll try following FyreSpiryt's advice tonight.
