All taken this morning.... The sunrise was beautiful this morning.... orangey... and so mild for this time of the year. Stepped out into the backyard for just a moment... I'm imagining you'll get lots of sunrise entries.... here's mine.

After the kids leave for school there's time to relish the peace and quiet... I love the warm light that floods the dining room.... Just enjoying the glow....

sigh...that looks like you could have a peachy day;) With the woods breaking the scene up, it creates a nice air of mystery too...:)

And the last.... not sure about this one it is rather gloomy.... but mornings mean opening the paper and reading more bad news...

I guess what mornings mean most of all is being thankful for each and every day that we have to enjoy.....

Luv all, but my favorite is the third, very inspiring and original photo for this challenge and your best style, IMO, with your power. Perhaps in other photo the texture of the paper can be important but in this one the high light increases the dramatic effect. Excellent and powerful photo!
I'm tired of reading bad news of many countries in the World too.
There is no way to peace. Peace is the way.

Lovely yet realistic, I guess that is a fair representation of mornings, maybe tragic for some but real all the same. Cool idea capturing the paper Doh! "slaps forehead" LP

Well Done Michelle! I love the sunrise but yes the paper makes me think. You have done it again! Glad to see you doing the challenges rather than spending all your time posting them! Magick Michael

Hello, Michelle! I'm not crazy about the first one; the other two are incredible and there is such a HARD contrast between the feelings when one sees both of the images....the first one, with that warm light, could easily take your soul in a sweet floating around our sweetest dreams; the other one brings so many mixed fellings inside and one just wants to go & hide where no paper is written, where's no television, where the soul is beyond the hardest news that are in our life everyday and strikes and poisons, little by little, every little inch of our thoughts... [I enjoy reading the newspapers, but at least I read culture magazines; the news I usually see on the internet] Bravo Michelle! Mihai
