hiya I know I haven't been here in ages, been out in the "real world", university, and learning 3D Studio Max anyway, in my max-learnings I've managed to make a few clothes while playing around with cloth simulations, and figured I would share I can churn out dresses like this in about 10-20 minutes, things like jackets and boots will probably be a lot harder for me. Well, I want to share. I've always said that when I learn to model I want to give back to this community that gave me so much. Problem is, I get bored easily, and want to keep learning max instead of using poser....so.... my offer is this: I'll give you dresses (and other things if I can manage) if someone gives me a few designs (pictures are good, "real" dress sewing patterns are better), and if someone is willing to cut the mesh up and make it posable/conforming if there aren't any takers I'll probably make one or maybe two conforming, but if someone is willing to do the rest of the work I'm happy to churn out as many dresses as you can hand to me (within reason of course) of course if there's enough clothes around, feel free to ignore me =) SewerRat

Heya Rat! LTNS... w b and I can think of a few sites to direct you to for some "biker" clothing that would keep you from getting bored :O) anything there would be kickin! I was working on some of it but "real Life" as you say has slowed my progress on MANY projects.. Of course... anything you throw out there I am sure someone will want. Just my thoughts :O) Sprout

great =) I could theoretically conform the clothes myself, but I'm lazy and don't want to grin so if you can do this stuff that'd be great. If you want to e-mail me that'd be great, use sprout@apocx.hypermart.net and anyone else willing to do conforming is also welcome of course =) oh, and UV Mapping. And textures would be nice too grin getting greedy now aren't I? Easy to get greedy when it's not you putting in the work =) I'll try to see what I can make from that site, the problem is the way I'm doing this I'm making clothing from patterns, then making that fit onto the figure, rather than modelling the object itself, so I can't use this method to make things like jackets SewerRat
