tried to upload to free stuff but they arent taking any you have to have a site help please

hello - in fact you need to have some webspace 'cause here at this place only the reference to your file is stored.

You can get "UV Mapper" from Steve Cox's site to create your own templates (linked over there I think -->). Not hard once you play around with it a little and, IMHO, an essential app if you intend to do any remapping.
