I still can't get my characters to pose using pre-made poses (i.e. Schlabber). I followed your instructions - got 2 'people' in the doc window, backed out the camera to see them both, applied a pose, zeroed out the xyz hip dials, IK and limits off both people, and still they don't move into the pose. I've tried using those hip dials to move them into position, but I can't get them right. I'm using P4fem and Z's Michael on Poser 4.03. I've gone through the Poser PDF and Poser 4 Handbook - but I can't find any additional info. I do want to tell you that your instrctions were great and should work just fine. It's me... I know enough to have BIG ideas but not enough to translate them in Poser. Much thanks again for all you do for us newbies. BillyGoat

The Michael figure may not work with poses not created specifically for it. I have heard that the hands won't work with standard poses. Otherwise you have to apply the poses to the figures one at a time. Make sure the figure you want to pose is selected and not a prop or camera.

I have the same problem on occasion. Making sure that the "Main" camera is selected and selecting the figures body from the list at the bottom of the model window may help.
