Archive of message sent to ockham: i have a scene im working on ,its a castle seige pic. my perspective is from the ground up to the castle wall where i have multiple archers. These archer arrows will be on fire when launched . i have all the arrows ready but im not sure what method to use to blur streak all the arrows inside POSER5 1:should i parent all the arrows to a prop or figure? OR 2: should i export them as one solid obj? Next issue 1: should i use the same blur technic as if i were to blur wings example: use 3-4 frame adding a key frame on the 1st frame and moving my arrows to where i want them to stop streaking/blur ,moving them on the Z tran evenly to where i want them to stop, mid distance from there target. Then tweaking the 3D motion blur shutter open & close settings ? or is there a better way to acomplish this with realism being a top priority ? should i blur these arrows by them selfs with a black bacground and make a tranparent jpeg and trans map and put it on a morph sheet then add it to my scene? this will just be a still render

If will be a still rener you can make them in postwork, as you say make them apart with a contrast color to arrows and add the blur efect, or When In leazzy I just take the still render, blur everyrhig, and save with other name, after that I open the original copy and paste the blured pic and erase what I dont want. But I use PhotoPaint 10, from Corel, Its easy do it in this application!!

Set it up as a five frame animation and enable blur, with the arrows moving a bit.
