I posted this image in the Gallery to share techniques with "newer" photographers.
"Shooting animals through Chain link fences".
1. Photograph when the subject is furthest from the fence, at least 6 feet. This will effectively turn the fence into a filter for your camera.
2. In photoshop, use the "Trace Lasso" to select areas that have the "soft" areas on the image left by the chain link.
3. Increase your contrast in the selected areas until they match the rest of the image. You may have to decrease your saturation a little to get a perfect match.
There are many other ways of achieving the same results but I have found this method to be the fastest.
My program of choice is Adobe PhotoDeluxe 2.0 ( I do have 7.0 but prefer working in 2.0)
