The picture on the left is cropped from one I took at Windsor Castle a few months ago. I tried it as a lattice a couple times and didn't like the rsult so I created the height map to the right. Roobol has a tut on a similar method...this is probably a little less precise but the result, which I'll post next, is interesting.
