Subject: Please reset my card

Yesterday I typed a mistake and got the door slammed in my face. Today it's still the same. I thought they'd open automatically after a while. Looks like not. So please reset my card if you want to see my money in the future.

I have tried prudent planning long enough. From now I'll be mad. (Rumi)

Hi Aeneas, I've reset your account so you can try your purchase again. They dont automatically reset, because this is a feature built in to avoid credit card fraud. Please let me know if you continue to have problems. Deb
