You could try using the default one but add the Poser 5 hair. I'm no expert, but I managed it on the wolf's head in this image....

3D Menagerie : bloodsong's remapped Big Face Wolf (requires UVMapper)
Fignations of Imaginment : jelisa's German Shepherd texture
Morph World 3.0 : Traveler's German Shepherd texture and morph
Wolfie's Den : wolfie's textures and morphs for the P4 wolf (the morphed version requires Objaction Mover)
Avalontree : another freebie texture (be patient ... the site is a bit slow)
TrekkieGrrl's Poser Pages : ernyoka1's German Shepherd texture
Renderosity Free Stuff : tasmanet's German Shepherd texture (very popular breed, I suppose)
Roger had a border collie texture in Free Stuff, but apparently it's no longer available.
Plenty of high-quality commercial textures available in the Marketplace and at Vista Internet Products, also, when you're in a buying mood.
