hello to u all, members of the staff..i received a gift certificate as 5th runner- up prize from the last rim magazine contest..now i found heer at market place an item i want to buy...i want to download it..i followed all ur instructios but i just dont know how/where it can be downloaded..thanx , in advance for ur help, by the way this is mi first buy... cheers eduardo de castro (Odrah)

Hi Eduardo, You have to purchase the product using your Gift Certificate code and then your downloads will be activated. Deb
