A boardster posted information about 3D modeling classes online. After reading the posts by many board members, I signed up to take the class, which was suppose to start Nov 7th. To make a long story short, after several emails and phone call attempts, I am still waiting for a response. I have no registration or access info. The only thing I have to show for it, is the charge on my credit card. From the past postings it didn't sound like anyone was having these type of issues with this company and it may be a new onset of problems, but I just wanted to warn anybody thinking about taking these classes. Wish me luck, in recovering my funds

Have you PM'd Randy directly, he has a user account here as well as at PlanIt3D. I think his username at both sites is RandyR. He's quick to help resolve any problems he can help with. I'm sure he can still get you signed up (or verified as signed up already) and into the course. It was well worth the cost and a lot of fun so I recommend persuing it instead of going for a refund, but that's just my opinion. Good luck with whichever route you take. :)

I did not know he has a user account. I have tried contacting them via, the information provided. That includes calling. The number is some cell #, that didn't even re-direct to a voicemail. So at this point, I don't know what my next move will be. I just knoow, no one is responding

If you are not getting any response and it is past the date of the start of the class, you should contact your credit card company and dispute the charge.

Smoovie, that doesn't sound right at all. I took that class and everything was great. Randy will prolly help. His Renderosity name is RandyRives, I believe. You can get him right through IM.

If you're referring to the 'Intro to 3D modelling' class, then I can assure you it's running - I'm in it! It's only the first week, I don't think you'd have any trouble catching up.

Steve

I have not been sent any info to access the class and my email request and phone calls have been unanswered. At this point, it's a matter of bad business and principle.

Hi Smoovie, I have taken the Intro to 3D Modeling class and it is excellent - well worth the $20. I've let Randy know you are trying to contact him and pointed out this thread. Attached is a link to his homepage here. There is a link at the bottom if you want to send him an im. Shoshanna.

You're welcome - I'm sure once he is made aware of the problem he'll fix it for you. Shoshanna :-)

Sorry about the problem you are having. I do not have any control over enrollment, but I have sent an e-mail just now. As soon as I hear back I will let you know. Again I apology for this mix up, but we will get it straight for you.

Yeah, because I still have not heard anything from them yet.
