Subject: Why I love Fremont

I love this neighborhood. People just go all out there, but not in an obnoxious "look at me look at me" way. I mean, this is just a guy standing on the corner Halloween night. :)

Just finished going through my Trolloween images, weeding out the bad shots and getting the rest in line for processing. Thought I'd drop this one here to give an idea of the controlled chaos that is "The Haunt" - the parade through Fremont after the Trolloween performances. Everybody, performers and audience, dances through the streets of Fremont to the driving beat of Samba drums stopping every few blocks to watch smaller performances that tie into the theme of the Trolloween performance (this year it was the Trials of Trollmetheus and how he brought fire to the Trolls).

Ok ... now I can go back to bed and be sick (I hate colds).

Halloween is so much fun. Of course here in this conservative little town, you can wear a mask on the street if you are over 13. Takes the fun out of Halloween.

Hey Now - I thought they dressed like that ALL the time on Fremont - not just on Hallowee :] Great Shots - thanks sooo much for sharing :)
