If I make changes to a poser file after it has been inserted into a vue scene, the next time I try to open the vue scene it won't open and there seems to be no activity in the task manager monitor. Has anybody else had this problem? I don't remember this being a problem in Vue 4?

bugs, bugs, bugs. I'm still waiting for the star network render bug to be stomped out of vue 4 pro so good luck. Vue5 seems loaded with bugs too as does vue 4. What are we to do?

Bonnyclump, this is becoming pathetic! How many times do I have to tell you that the problem has been fixed in 4.54? Or are you just not interested in hearing that your pet peeve is resolved. Maybe because that would leave you without any other purpose to life?wabe posted Thu, 18 November 2004 at 4:40 AM
The feature of the automatic update of modified imports is a Pro only feature. So i assume you are talking about 4.54 Pro here. No wonder that you never had problems with it before because it is only introduced in the Pro version. And 4.x Pro is the first one. BTW, it worked fine on my side (Mac version) several times. How long have you waited? Could take a while until the modification is recognised and processed. I will test it again and show the results.

I tried to replicate the problem as you discribed it in vue 5. I imported the poser model. saved and closed. Later I went into poser and changed things, then reopened vue and the scene. The old scene was there. Opened fine, didnt update but knew it wouldn't. Just deleted the model and imported the new version. Really hope the update feature will be in pro again, I really liked that.

Thanks, just needed to know if it was a me thing or a vue thing.
