That is a heavy question, there are lots of 3D applications you can use...what is your budget?

What sort of model are you talkin about? In general, any sort of modelling application will let you do it -- but that's a whole world of new stuff. Shade, Wings, Lightwave, 3DS Max, Maya, XSI, Rhino, Carrara, Silo, Cinema 4D -- that's just a few of them. You'll also want to spend the time to learn all the elements of rigging for poser -- which can involve months of study in and of itself.

I need own figures of man and woman. Don and Judy haven't the features I'm looking for. The Head of Judy has to much own charakter, I can't use it to make a new face, everything is looking like her, equal what face I build in the face room. I realy need a realistic face of the custom I have. Maybe if I can make a P5 Heads which I can use in the faceroom in another programm where I can fix the real dimensions I can work in a realistic way. Do you know a way, how I can put the green polylines to a figure? This lines can help to put hair on: example "Eyebrowes".
OK the costs, I don't have an unlimited budget, but if there is a programm which I can used to get closer to my expierience I will try it.

Well, essentially, if you want to use the face room, you are stuck. You could pull the objects themselves into one of the high end applications like lightwave or Cinema 4D and create custom morphs there -- possibly even in wings -- but the moment you add additional polys to the object, you'll throw it out of use for the face room. Note that Lightwave and Cinema cost pretty much around 1000 bucks. Given that, it may be that your best bet will be to purchase Victoria 3 and essentially all the morphs packs for her. She's not usable in the face room, but if you use all the morphs available for her, you should be able to make pretty much any face possible.

If you're short on cash, I reckon you could Blender3D and Wings3D to make Poser models, never tried it though. They both have all the functionality of the industrial commercial programs and they're free :D (open-source)

I'd have to say Animation Master is probable the cheepest of the commercial programs right now. Not very compatable thought with Poser. TrueSpace and Carrara are very expensive; Carrara increased their price by 50% with the current release. You can now get SoftImage XSI for less that either of those two. E-On has lowered Vue 4 to like $69 and with Mover you can import Poser figures. I guess the same thing with Bryce which you can get Bryce 4 FREE with the Poser turbo import in 3D World Magazine this month. Check Barnes and Nobel or Boarders.
