Anybody else having problems trying to make a purchase. Everytime I hit the checkout button the security box comes up, I hit ok, then it chucks me out. I've cleared out cookies, history, logged on and off and nothing!, Is it just me???

We made some security changes in the way cookies are handled today. However, We are making sales to other customers without issues so it appears to be a localized problem on your end and not a system wide problem on our end. Are you letting your browser accept cookies? Clint

I think so Clint, I know I'm not up on this techie stuff, but I just deleted a whole bunch of them thinking that was the problem. I'm using Exploder 6, any ideas where I can check this?? :)

Not anymore. I will need to ask the programmers to help trouble shoot the problem. Clint

Yep i just had a problem also just purchased a couple of items one download worked the other stopped...also was not sent a comformation email of purchase....and no reply to the email i have just sent regarding the issue..

hi - purchases seem not to work for me. every time i hit the button to add to my shopping cart - or ckeck quick buy i get a message, the the item is already in my shopping cart or wishlist. but my shopping cart remains empty. i tried several items from my wishlist :(

hi clint - thanks for the quick response - very strange, now it works ok. just did a purchase and all went fine :) i had the said problem with quick buy, add to wischlist, and add from private wishlist to cart. but now it works. joek
