Does anyone know how to make a good subsurface scattering technique? I need it to make an ear appear transparent. Just wondering

For Poser? Not really possible, but you can fake it. The best person to ask would be Stewer. Maybe send him an IM in case he doesn't see this thread. I developed a method based on a system that Staale worked out, but it involves editing the geometry, and is quite tricky, and it gives so-so results, not quite sub-surface scattering.

Utilize the translucence value. There's a thread in teh RDNA P5 Exploration forum regarding it.
