Well, that test sure did teach me something. Don't put up web slideshows on your site. :) Or, at least, not in the large form I did. Just from that little limited test on here, people viewing that one slideshow ate up 14.5GB of bandwidth. What really amazes me about that? I didn't post that link until the Nov 26th. That means all that was used between 11/26 and 12/1. Wow! -=>Donald

Wow that is allot of bandwidth in just over a week. I think my monthly inclusive limit is 6GB Lol I must ask though, just for curiosity sake: What size were the images, sound size and total size of show? I made an 85 image 15 min show with sound that was a total of 30MB in size using proshow gold 2 Over 14 gig bandwidth is a bit scary in such a short time. LP

LP - It was about 24MB in size. Luckily, I get 15gb of bandwidth a month. There is no way I would have thought in a million years that just posting here would get that kind of bandwidth drain. I sometimes forget how many people lurk here. :)

I think you may be right. And the amount of posts here may not reflect the actual amount of users clicking through. I for one will be careful in future and thanks for the info. LP
