Subject: Help with a purchase please?

Hi I wanted to make a purchase from the marketplace Saturday, but when I put in my new address on the form (I moved recenly), it declined the sale, stating the information I had put in wasn't what was on record. Since I don't know exactly where to go to change that info, I am posting my problem here. I did send an e-mail, but as of yet have not received a reply. I really want to purchase the two items in my shopping cart, so if someone could remedy this problem for me as soon as possible, I would really appreciate it. Thank you

Hey Karen, I replied to your email on Saturday :) not sure why you didn't get it :( I reset your card on our system so you can try your purchase again. Let me know if you continue to have problems please. Thanks! Deb

Hey Girl! I miss talking to you too!! I swear there is NEVER enough hours in the day for me to keep up. You'd think that by me not working out anymore I'd have all the time in the world, but it's just the opposite. I'm really hoping that you have a BEAUTIFUL Holiday Season!! HUGS Deb
