I purchased two items (see my purchase page) I cannot get the downloading: no URL, no button, no explanation. The freebies are so easy to get. What's happening? Am I completely stupid ? Please help me! I am unable to find any information about downloading. Airolo

Hi Airolo, As part of our verification process we ask that you send us the toll free phone number or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name. When we have this information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. All future Credit and Debit card purchases will be available for immediate downloading.
