I'd like to know what I'm able to do with an image I rendered that contains 3rd party products? The license lets me know that I'm able to do pretty much anything I want. But am I allowed to give away my renders as a sort of clipart, for other artists to use within their own artworks?

Your render is yours to do whatever you like with it, provided the image itself is not in breach of anyone else's copyright. By the way, you'd be better asking this in the copyright forum.

AFAIK, yes, but you need to include acknowledgements of the 3rd party producers, and a "read-me" file (or other included documentation) which passes on the fact that the producers should be acknowledged. But, as Sam says, you'll probably get better answers from the copyright forum. Cheers, Diolma

You don't really "need" to do anything. You certainly don't need to attach a readme file to every picture. SamTherapy is correct.

It depends on the license on the third-party products used. If the license states that you must give credit in order to use the item, and you don't, then you are in violation of that license. If they don't have that stipulation, then you don't need to. If all of the licenses say you can do whatever you like with your render, then you can do whatever you like with your render, including give it away as clip art.

Even most stipulations are dubiously enforcable.

If you buy products at DAZ you do not need to include anything with your image - no credits are neccessary and no one expects them. Since you payed for the product I think that is credit enough, same with the marketplace over here.
When you use freestuff items it might be different. Some freestuff providers only allow non commercial use of their items while others allow commercial use. Some require credit when using their items while others not.
So, rule is: payed products can be used in commercial and non commercial renders WITHOUT giving credit to anyone while the use of freestuff sometimes has restrictions. Look at the ReadMe that comes with the freestuff to know what restrictions you have to follow.

i rather stick to the policy that no licence or commercialor free product entitle me any right to do anything and i keep my render to myself, i feel more secure !
