. . . Still the Ghost pointed downward to the grave by which it stood. Mens courses will foreshadow certain ends, to which, if persevered in, they must lead, Said Scrooge. But if the courses be departed from, the ends will change. Say it is thus with what you show me! The spirit was immovable as ever. . . - Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol. Hi Folks! In Part 4, Ebenezer Scrooge begins to repent from his former ways, only to learn from the Spirit of the Future that it may already be too late. The sky and ground were rendered in Bryce and brought into Poser as a background image. As a result of adding a new chip that increased the memory in my PM G3 up to nearly its maximum capacity, I was able to allocate more RAM to Poser and reduce the number of separate layers needed to compose the final image. The Spirit is the default Poser skeleton figure, cloaked in the Wizard Robe from Poserworld. Thanks also to -3- (assorted headstones props and marble texture) and Traveler (aging man face morphs). Scrooges nightcoat is custom made. Textures and other post-renders were done in Photoshop. I hope yall are enjoying this series as much as I have enjoyed preparing and posting it. I welcome your comments and would love to see your own graphic interpretations of Yuletide classics. (Anyone wanna try the theft of the Last Can of Who Hash from the original animated How The Grinch Stole Christmas?) Peter (Dr Zik)
