What is Paradise hair? Could you share captures?

Paradise hair is made by 3Dream. Its in the Marketplace.

Have you render (or capture) to show us your problem?

Well, I checked out the product and it doesn't say whether it's poser 4 or poser 5 but based on the fact it has morphs I'm guessing this might be Dynamic Poser 5 Hair? If that is the case Vue 5 can only import it by using the Mover 5 add-on. That's just my guess though.

You might want to check to see if the hair's .obj geometry file is in a location other than the default P5 Geometries folder on your C: drive.

I don't have either Vue 5 or the Paradise Hair -- but .obj file placement in any location other than the default P5 Geometries directory can cause the same import problem in Vue 4 Pro.

OK, this is Laura not V3 but no matter - imported with no problems into vue 5 - and all the files for paradise hair including the obj are in my V3 runtime....Laura is in my Young Teens runtime so obj placement has no effect. Only possible thingI can think of right now is - did you parent the hair to v3 ??

No. I did not parent the hair to V3. I will have to give that a try. Thank you..

Hi, I am new to Vue. I had a similar problem last night, V3 imported well but SLINKY HAIR did not. I checked and the texture transparancy was set to 100% on all surfaces. I reduced these and the hair was showed up. I hope this helps.

Interesting, thanks for the tip, I hadn't tried it yet but I do have that hair pack and that saves me a question on the forum, Thanks!

Sounds like the transmap got lost. Paradise Hair is P4 transmapped hair, transparency SHOULD be at 100%! I use Vue 4.5 Pro, and all transmapped hair works perfectly.
