Hello, I have no option to download the file in the 'gift received section', even though it confirms payment... i received this gift 6 days ago... So help me please ... Thanks.

The person that bought the gifts for you is a first time buyer and needs to send in his information for verification purposes before we can activate your downloads. Deb

hi Debbie i read in your reply for accel that i need to send information to activate the download function for the gift to accel. How can i do this ? bestrender

Hi bestrender, ... "First time buyers (Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal) 1) Credit or Debit card. As part of our verification process we ask that you send us the toll free or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name. When we have this information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. All future Credit and Debit card purchases will be available for immediate downloading. This information should be sent to the Store E-Mail." You can sent the information to store@renderosity.com Clint
