BONES! This was my greatest wish for Poser, having spent many an hour tweaking joint parameters. This single feature will completely transform the Poser community. Guess it's finally the time to shell out the bucks for Lightwave now. Curious Labs ROCKS! Now will this be out in time for Santa to make my year?whoopdat posted Wed, 20 December 2000 at 11:03 AM
This intrigues me. Some of these features actually sound pretty useful (I especially like multiple view windows). I guess I won't worry about the plugins for the time being though, since that requires having that software, and that stuff isn't cheap ya know. Oh well.

...we`re going to be able to import a fully boned figure into MAX, and then suck this file into Pulse 3d, that is an interesting development in truly interactive web deployable characters ;-)

Did any of you click the pictures in this Curious Labs webpage? It reveals more details about how the software looks in 3D Studio and Poser 4...

Also just read another press release (http://www.digitalproducer.com/cgi-bin/getframeletter.cgi?/aHTM/Articles/2000/12_00/12_18/curious.htm) which mentions "animated material parameters, compressed content and library files," first I've heard of these. This means you should be able to map quicktime movies... Also says a January release date, $149 for Poser 4 owners.JeffH posted Thu, 21 December 2000 at 12:52 PM
No I think it means you can animate the poser material colors. -JH.
