I have finally gotten a chance to work on my pic again. I'm looking for any suggestion on lighting or other areas that might need work. The coral on the left will be covered with anenomes when it is done (thats why its so bare now). Merry XMAS

Hi, Stacey! It's looking very cool. My eye is instantly drawn to the little cave in the coral where the contrast between the pink and blue is highest. That's very cool, and the fact that you have some fish there rewards the eye-draw. You might consider putting something else there, though, since it's the optical center of the image -- take advantage of the power of the contrast and leading lines of the drift-wood. As for lighting, my instincts say make it darker, but I think this image looks good bright -- kind of a carribean coral reef. But I'd put some kind of gel on the lighting to simulate the wave pattern that sunlight has through water. I think the bubbles to the right side of center are a bit too bright, too; if they're that far away in the water, they should be fainter. Looks very cool! Keep up the work, and keep us posted. I would put something dark in the background. The upper left just sort of fades away at an even rate. You should put something there in the distance to create a turbulence of depth if that make any sense. The little plants in the foreground look to be a little to organized, try clumping some together and letting other sit alone. The coral look great and the light coming from it give me the feeling that something big is going to pop out. It really dose draw the eye. This is a great looking picture and I look forward to seeing the finished product. -Grimpup
