Subject: SR1 M3 Muscular 3 Body Morph Missing Left Arm?

Can anyone guestimate why the MT is'nt affected certain parts? I was hoping it was that I was'nt using Sr1 M3 when I turned the Muscular Body Morph Dial to realize it was'nt affecting his left arm, but no such luck.
