The file format has changed a little - so there are incompatabilities. But on your Pro CD there should be a converter - maybe you try that out. Otherwise, ask someone with Vue 4 to open the files and save them from there again under Vue 4. Then it should work as well.
One day your ship comes in - but you're at the airport.

DON'T USE the converter!!!! It messes things up bad. Not just for me but LOTS of others have complained of this also...keep in mind the converter is NOT supprted by e-on.

I for one have never had a problem with the converter works great for me. Why would e-on have it in the program if it messes things up? If you are having a problem with the converter then report it to e-on and let them fix it.

I did report it after it had lost/damaged...MANY items...they said they don't support it & couldn't help. I attempted to use it converting V3 items to V5...thank God I had backups...it did not convert 1 single thing...just damaged all the files. I had to convert all in V4, then all OK in V5...took me 2 weeks to get all re-saved in V4. Other people have reported this same issue in other forums as well. The progran was NOT written by e-on but rather a 3rd party. It even states in the manuel they don't supprt it.
Maybe better said...use at your own risk ;)
