I've been trying to get my P4 "skins" to map in B4. I've tried the Brycetech and JSpirko solutions already with unsatisfactory results... Can someone with a Mac let me know if there is a way to make the .mtl file readable in B4

You don't need to do anything special to get the mtl file to work. The easiest way to do it is to import the textures before you import the model. In one of the menus there should be an option that is Edit 2D Pictures or something like that. From there you can import the textures. Once you do that then import the obj file. All the textures should be properly mapped. The only thing left to do is select any trans mapped items and in the materials dialog box set them to Blend Transparency to get the proper look Locke

Your image may not be posting if it has a preview so save it without, save for web in photoshop is a quick way to do this. On the mapping question I have found that poser maps tend to look a bit washed out in bryce, so I darken them up a bit for bryce.

Actually I think it was a combination of not really knowing how to do the import the first time and a reflection map conflict...It works flawlessly when I just use the texture map alone and turn off the others
