If you mean the one about a product problem, I just encountered it in the Store Contact forum.

Thanks, Jim... I had the forum hidden... Would have been nice though if the Moderator dropped a PM. I used to moderate myself and I NEVER did anything to a post without telling it's author.

Hi Natolii, I am not sure who moved your post, and I too am assuming that you are referring to a product problem posting?? [sorry, I have been away for a couple of days with a sick puppy, and am not sure what was here and what was moved]. Anyway - please check your email - as when threads are moved to different forums, an ebot will always notify the original poster of the thread - that the thread was moved and where the thread was moved to. A thread that you started - dated Dec. 23 can be found in the MarketPlace Customer Support Forum [see above link]. If this is not the thread you are trying to find, please IM me and I will be very happy to continue searching for it for you :) Wishing you a most wonderful holiday. Looks like we crossed-posted :) As the Rosity Staff does follow-up a forum move with an IM [even though the ebots also send out a notice], I can only assume that the staff member who moved your thread got side-tracked or the IM was taken by those nasty Evil Rosity Pixies - bad bad pixies! Anyway - I am glad that they mystery was solved :) Again, wishing you a most wonderful of holidays. Dee-Marie

That would be me. Sorry about that. I moved it to the proper forum and did neglect to send out notification. Clint

Verizon also tends to block things such as newsletters, though the forum e-bots go out fine... Except in this case. Is it possible to have a PM with e-mails addresses such as the Newsletter, so that I can yell at Verizon.

You got it. PM coming your way with the addresses. Thanks, Lillian

Apparently some spam-blockers think Renderosity.com emails are spam. Several of my product testing emails have gotten caught in spam-blockers and I had to fill out "request to add" forms for them so the members could get my emails...

it's probably from people blocking ebots as spam. ( not just renderosity ebots, all ebots )
Natolii posted Sat, 25 December 2004 at 3:39 PM
No, This is on the Server level, just like R'otica. I don't block anyone except spammers and then it goes to a catch all spam folder on my account so I can sort through things. About 50% of the mailings from Renderotica and Renderosity don't even make it to the spam folder. I still get certain things like forum notifications and sales receipts from R'otica. But newsletters don't even make it that far. Lillian even check my account here a couple of months ago and everything was fine on this end.

Daz emails and newsletters also seem to get caught in AOL's spam catcher, too.

Up until recently they were getting caught in Verizon too.
